I used the previous iteration of this model last year for Greenscape in Massachusetts. I was a PM but had to step in at times when employees would call out and would have to run this machine. The heat is a nice touch to see in the new model but I remember my hands freezing even with good gloves. My recommendation, treat it like a snowmobile and use a electric handle bar warmer under the grips of the controls for some low cost creature comfort. Some sort of a quick float button would be nice too! Other than that the machine was great to run, lots of power, easy to work on/troubleshoot. The shovel holder and rear broadcast spreader is a nice touch instead of the salt bag carrier.

My biggest problem that's reared it's head on a couple different machines is engine performance during sub zero temps and accessory hydraulics being too cold between customer stops...slow plow angles/chute controls and hard starts on broom/snowblower blowing seals on hi flow pumps. They should take note of their toro connection and the 3 piece chute for better locating. Wondering if their enclosed engine performs better than the toro and ariens options.

nice compact machine would like to see it go up the slope as well and to offer heat deflection for warmer weather. been looking into these types of machines. would use the plow for grading as well, one of these i believe has a bucket may lift a couple feet but enough to move things around. also like that i don't need a big shed garage open space to store it like a skid steer or tractor nor trailer heavy duty enough to transport. not that i don't have one but not everybody does.

Primer and paint is not a two-stage paint paint in clear coat is a two-stage paint all paints have a primer applied prior. $18,000 and you can't even use the machine unless you buy an attachment for two to four grand after the fact. So 20K like I was thinking. I'd rather had just have a small used skid loader with a v plow like victory outdoor services has. It's perfect for sidewalks but it does much more than sidewalks. And if you find the right auction it's the same price. The machine is cool don't get me wrong but I don't think it's worth $20,000 with probably a Kohler lawn mower engine. I kind of feel the same way about the v-track the ventrac it has a small diesel engine but the rest of it looks like a riding lawn mower it's just stamp sheet metal super cheaply built and pretty damn expensive. Due to having two wheels on each corner it's very stable but it's not a Toro diesel tractor or a yanmar or anything like that.

Looks pretty tough. Can a guy put chains on it? I would have liked to see the broom and Blower in deep snow.

The new version is supposed to be faster than the old one. Better motor, more fuel longer runtime, more hydraulic attachment options. Same front spreader and controls.

Needs strobes and also weight plate options, tire chains or studded tires and a few more degrees of blade to help with winging snow sense it doesn't go fast enough to wind row.
    To be picky... for 16k

@@bucksnortbumblefuk6872 it windrows fine, this thing ain’t meant to throw your liabilities around at 25 mph. Something I’ve noticed with these machines, it cuts the liability of a guy on a wheeler capable of 35-60 mph pushing snow. Anyone with brains and the money on the machine and personnel knows what that’s worth. From experience, the mag Windrows just fine but it’s meant for the sidewalk not parking lots

@Bud I've plowed for 15 years. I know all about plowing. I'm not talking about throwing the snow like plowing with a truck. If you read my post again, I did say a few more degrees of blade to aid with snow peeling off better. It's all I ment. Stop being a richard.
