- Hey family!! In today's video we are decorating for Spring! The weather here is warmer, the birds are singing, and the bees are buzzing! For real, there are lots of bees... I mean like hundreds trying to take over this bush and it is CRAZY! 😆 Since it feels like Spring it's time to put away the winter decor and bring out the bright happy colors! We also make some delicious cowboy beans for supper! They may not look the best, but they were definitely a hit!
Cowboy Beans recipe:
Ingredients:
2-3 pounds ground beef
onion, chopped
salt & pepper to taste
2 cans baked beans
1 can diced tomatoes
beef smoked sausage, sliced
1 cup BBQ sauce, I used hickory & brown sugar
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard, or any mustard will do
1 tsp red pepper flakes
Directions:
Cook ground beef and onion until beef is done, drain. Add all other ingredients and bring to a simmer. Turn to low and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes.

I am gonna make them cowboy beans tomorrow for the first time! They look delicious and i can freeze what i don't eat! I made the cowboy beans for hubby and me and they are delicious. I baked us a couple potatoes and put the beans over them. That was so good. Thanks for another recipe to add to my book of moms favorite recipes.

I have a large sink and no the strainer would fit across, but it would work back to front because I have one similar and that's how it works on my sink.

I would love to have a big undivided farmhouse sink! My grandma Lilly had one that had drain boards on both sides❤️. I have one of those strainers and I think you might be able to use it on an undivided sink going from front to back. Love your sweet videos. Blessings!

Timeline 4:25 - Same deal here in Southwest Florida. We have, what's called... "Fire Bush." Those bees, hornets and wasp's love then. - Ours are red, with that said as "FIRE BUSH"... I love that white one you have!

Spring certainly has sprung in Georgia! Not so up here in Michigan! My bulbs have sprouted but no where near blooming! And of course, we have some snow in the forecast this coming Friday (nothing sticks around fortunately!) It will all be melted by Saturday!

I have a strainer something like your and I have a farmhouse sink and it fits in mine up/down instead of across. Love it! Mine is gray but they come in a lot of different colors.
