    Thanks for keeping me company while I wrapped Christmas presents this morning. Something I have been wondering from this chapter is the meaning of the numbers. First it's one out of 100 sheep; then one out of ten coins; then two out of two brothers who are lost. Is this some kind of meaningful progression?

    Jesus lead many bad people to him self. I can think of four off the top of my head but you could definitely make a much longer list if you wanted to. The first two are Paul and Simon the Canaanite, who both kill people for not being Jews. The other to two, are the woman at the well and one of the Roman Centurion who asked Jesus to heal his servant.
