    Translation of what AURORA is saying:
    "It's very nice. I think it's very exciting with all these small milestones one have in one's life and career. And this to me is definitely one of the really special moments I will remember"
    "I like the feeling of the song. It's both a little painful and a bit strong, and a bit firm, at the same time being a bit lost."
    "It's about handling changes in life, which can be traumatising and difficult for children. But sometimes can lead to something very good and magical. So I think the series sheds light on an important subject."
    Translation of the subtext:
    0:00 - This is NRK's new (TV) Christmas calendar.About friendship, courage and magic. To strengthen the magic they have got Aurora on board to make the title track "Stjernestøv" ("Stardust").
    0:39 - Because Stardust is a story about being in the middle of your parents' divorce. But to still find courage to handle the difficulties.

    Do other countries have TV Christmas calendars? I know we have them in the Nordic countries, but outside of that I’m unaware. They’re still quite popular, and plenty of adults watch too, even if I myself haven’t watched one since I was little.

      It's a show right? Why is it called a calendar?

    • @RA-do9wm
      @RA-do9wm Před 3 lety +3

      @@kenzokenzo There's a new episode every day from December 1 to 24, so it's like an advent calendar. See: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nordic_Christmas_calendar

      @aitherisbestgirl841 Před 3 lety +5

      @@kenzokenzo Because there is one episode every day in December until Christmas. There’s often an accompanying physical calendar you can buy, and many children think this is fun.

      I've never seen a TV version, but in english they're usually called advent calendars (the physical things) and some people in the states do still do them
