Old United Electric Co. motor starting up

The old motor for my jointer. Tag reads: Manufactured by The United Electric Co. Toronto Canada, Canton Ohio USA, 3500 RPM, 0.7HP, 100-120V, 1 Phase, 60 Cycles. this motor just needs the wiring at the centrifugal switch cleaned up and it should be done.
