  • hey everyone!! here is a long awaited training vlog!! As you guys may or may not know, I went to Malaysia to train for a month back in February!! In this video, I take you guys with me to my morning training session at Badminton Association of Malaysia!! enjoy :))

    The part where coach was talking to siti, he was saying it’s dangerous right? To chop cross. When u returned a straight shot and she was extremely under pressure.

    This is really a great training and opportunity for people who is serious about the game. Malaysia has high standard for badminton.But for National team training it is another level to go. She has pretty good body structure to play in this game.🎉👏

      Malaysia is struggling in women's singles. Malaysia used to have better women's singles players before Frost resign.
