This time last year? My Dodge Demon was sad pile of burned metal drug out of the salvage auction... But SINCE then, we've completely transformed it into a running, driving, 800hp (slightly less) sad pile of metal!

Honestly, the burn scarring actually makes it more believable that it's a demon from hell
I get your point, but it also leads to more paint flaking, and I think it'd be more impressive if he fixed it fully. That would make the story better if the car looks better. Now it's like, "It caught fire," "Well obviously"

your fuel lines are way too close to your headers. That heat protective wrap 100% will not work. Those lines will 100% melt and leak.

That Demon is fully demonic now! I'd paint hell fire all over it and leave the burnt parts but clear coat over it. I love it.

If you're dumping the clutch at the strip, you need a clutch delay valve. Even the biggest driveshafts break without proper slip

You have inspired me to build my 20yo lexus es 330 with 150k miles and a couple issues, ive so far eliminated every light on the dash and replaced the cv axles myself, i hope to replace suspension, brakes, and intake by the end of this year

I remember adding nitrous to my 69 Mach 1 with a 428. I also had adapted a 63 tri-power intake to work on it. The Tri-power plus nitrous was awesome. Cheap power. Only downside is having to go fill the bottle. How much does nitrous cost these days?

You got to be shitting me, you put all that stuff on there and didn't think, "Hay the driveshaft might just explode now that I have added a ton of power and a standard transmission that when the clutch is dumped will shock load the whole drivetrain".
You should leave the paint just how it is. It really adds character to its backstory.
