This was the footage of DRC military parade in 1997 when the National anthem "Debout Congolaise" was finally reinstated when Congo was reorganized in 1997 after the end of the First Congo War, a Popular rebellion against Mobutu, led by the head of the Alliance of Democratic Forces for the Liberation of Congo (AFDL), Laurent-Désiré Kabila. Following the collapse of Zaire & Mobutu's regime in the 1990s.
