Love the beautiful natural green scenery in the Philippines. Looks like a really nice townhouse. The cold showers downstairs will be nice during the hot weather 🙂
The entire townhouse could have air conditioning. It might be cheaper electricity to have split air cons in the 4 areas than the one inefficient one that is in the bedroom which will run nonstop.

That Place, Is Simply Called a Common Area ( Similar to at the Doctor's Office , where Everyone Congregates While Waiting to See the Doctor).
The Items in the 2 Bedrooms that you Struggle to Describe, it's Called a Double Wardrobe, and the 1 Seems to Be Double Wardrobe with Desk Attached. ).
It Looks Like a Really Nice Place , Especially For the Money 💰. Thanks For This Tour ☺️
The Only Downside I Can See is The Living Area or Living Room Seems Quite Narrow. Not a Huge Problem.
Downstairs Bedroom or Master Bedroom Seems Nice Size ☺️

7 people living in a 2 bedroom town home. That sounds about right for the Phil's. Are you guys helping them cover the rent? I have heard it's very common for the rich expat to help out a GF or wife's family members. It seems to be part of the Filipino culture. It's a daughter's obligation to financially help her family. Having a expat BF or husband can help her fulfill that responsibility.
