- Hi everyone! For today’s video I have put together all the DIYs I created this year. A lot of you enjoy my recreations so I figured I should put them all in one video so you can refer back to all of them. A lot of these DIYs are vintage inspired pieces that are very expensive so hopefully this video gives you some ideas on how you can recreate them! I appreciate all of you for being here and always showing support!

Just a helpful tip, to finish out the bottom of the upholstery job on the ottoman. The black fabric that is used to give it a more clean look is actually something that can be found in the gardening section of any Home Depot like store. It’s the stuff that gets put down to keep weeds from growing up in your garden. I have worked in the Interior Design Business for years and this is what we used to give it a more finished look. Love your aesthetic, and feel. You’ve got a great eye. Keep up the good work you’re doing.

Just a tip on using dark wax, if you use clear wax first, the dark applies easier and you can wipe off the excess.

Hi Evelyn, I am so glad you made this video of all the things you have done in the last year. What an amazing accomplishment and I love that you still style with the things that you have made as DIY projects. Sometimes I watch others show a DIY and then you never see it again in their home or used as decor. I want to apologize for my absence. I am not sure if you noticed. However, in December my dad had a fall and then was hospitalized and had heart surgery. Thankfully he is improving. Although it did scare my whole family and it changed a lot that was going on last month. Now my entire family has been hit with a severe case of the flu and therefore, I am still behind. I have not forgotten about you or how much I love your channel, Jenna's channel, and Kenzie's channel. The three of you are so amazing and I have watched you all when I have needed cheering up. You have a beautiful home. Thanks for the oven cleaner trick. Does the furniture need to be dried off after spraying? All the items turned out beautiful. Perhaps hydrate prior to filming. It is interesting how trends return. Antique bread boards were popular in the late 1970's.
