He studied under Alessi, so that probably has something to do with it
@@janeisnotokay3284 the eyebrow movement is just an effect of contracting and relaxing the muscles in the embouchure.
What an extraordinary composer Rota was, one of the best concerto for trombone around
I thought tchaikovsky was the composer
@@williamchan1414 He composed the first suite arranged for trombone, but there is another piece that follows. It's a real concerto wrote by Nino Rota for trombone and orchestra.

Can confirm, I'm 6 feet tall and he towers over me, had a master class with him. Oh and this might be his horn that is like medium sized, bell in between small and large

In my opinion you are wrong af. Joe alessi has been on the top for 30+ years. he has power and logical phrasing. Cant really tell that about Peter. Peter has tehnique but style is .....
