POTENTIAL SPOILER...... In the last part of the game, as Senua ran towards Hela, I actually said aloud. "You got this Senua! I'm here with you!" (I became one of the voices inside here head without even realizing.) I have never felt that much empathy towards a video game character. That's when I was totally convinced that this game is a MASTERPIECE beyond any doubt.
ok, I give up. I know this game has something to do with death and some noise gods but I can not figure out what the plot is or purpose of the main character.
Spoiler obviously, but the main gist is Senua is a girl with psychosis that plagues her with voices and a semi-distorted vision on reality, and she's hoping to bring peace to her dead partner, Dillion. The game is meant to be a dark fantasy about norse mythology but is heavily mired in showing off actual symptoms of psychosis, which the developers painstakingly worked to get right. Once you realize most of what you're seeing is Senua's distorted reality, things start to make a lot more sense.
@Foxtrod: Please go to 3:56:35 , then follow it to whatever comes ahead. The audio is not right.
thanks for the playthrough. shame the end was ruined by bad audio
