The age difference is a bit much unless they meet up again much later. (8-11 years difference)
Goku is 13-16 years old, while Ranfan is 24 years old during the 21st Tenkaichi Budokai.

@@tianoc-g4811 Honestly it's because of you that I did the Raditz x Ranfan in born with UI. I often forget about Ranfan because of how little time she has and how kind of forgettable she was on screen.
