FedEx driver too lazy to actually bring the package to the porch. He decides to through it from the curb. Admittedly a great toss, but what if it had been a fragile item? FedEx, do better!
Im a driver for ground. I don't like to see our guys out there doing stuff like this. But I will say with how we have been running around lately with the ground/express murge recently this is just about the only way we can keep a job. I've been looking at peek numbers for the last 7 months. I feel like our professionalism and quality of our work has suffered more than the actual benefits can counteract, and when I say benefits I mean for the actual company FedEx cause a contractor we still ain't seen anything for taking on twice the work load. Drivers are having to leave the station with packages loaded up in the passenger seat (like in the video above) and in their laps because they don't have the room for it.
If I got caught doing that with a customers stuff on my route I’d be fired 5 minutes after it happened, but there is no way I’d ever do that with anyone’s package, I treat everyone’s stuff as I’d like my stuff treated, I gently place the package where instructed on the notes I don’t allow the package to slam on the ground etc . Not acceptable at all.
Here is another example of FedEx roughly handling a package. They destroyed my bike before it even came. Let me guess. Someone handled it carelessly. They did not have the courtesy to tell me. The worst situation happened when one of them carelessly threw a package over a fence and killed a dog. I am so sorry. This should not have happened.
If you look at the side of the truck, you'll see that it says ground underneath the word FedEx. That means that the driver isn't employed by FedEx, but is part of a company that contracts with FedEx. I know it won't matter to you, but those drivers make about 15 bucks in our area vs. 25 or so vs Express. So you're scraping the bottom of the barrel with them.
I’m currently waiting on a $1,300 gaming PC to be delivered. It was sent through express, supposedly with one day shipping. That was seven days ago. Customer service is giving me the runaround, won’t give me a straight answer as to weather they even still know where it is. They keep saying “we’re investigating“ supposedly it’s still sitting on the truck; only an hour and a half away.
FedEx has changed my expected delivery date 3 times. Customer service won't tell me anything other than its on a truck out for delivery but can't say when it's expected to be delivered. Looks like Tom Hanks lost Wilson once again. I'll never purchase anything from someone who ships with FedEx again.
At least they come been waiting 2-days and still no package! I don’t know who’s worse? Fedex or Walmart! No one can get the package there when promised!!!!!!!!
Update.....after a 48 hour search and rescue mission, Wilson has been found. 😀 home coming party planed soon. Hope they fire that incompetent Tom Hanks
See this is why I've been looking out the windows all day like a crack head everytime i hear a truck their tracking sucks and not accurate at all said be here between 12.30 and 4.30 here it 6.30 still not here wouldn't be bad if they keep u updated but i made sure to be home between the time cause u gotta sign for it since its a 600$ i pad i dont want them throwing it or stealing both i wouldn't put pass fedex to do i would've chosen ups if they had given me a opportunity gd i bought and paid for it Thursday 2 day shipping really could've been here Saturday
@@Briskeycrooks64 funny how my amazon packages came in one piece, my usps was delivered fine in great condition but my fedex ground not only got lost during shipment but even better once they found it and delivered it the box was damaged beyond belief to the point where the product was visible and coming out from the driver throwing it on camera near my door. But you must be right. Let’s not blame FedEx even thought I have even more personal experiences with them being reckless with my packages from when I originally posted my comment. Fedex ground drivers are next level lazy. And to the one who threw my package last Thursday...I called fedex and opened an investigation where I sent them the ring video so I hope they write him up and take accountability this time.

lol I use to work for them a couple months ago let me tell yall……………😅😂 I have not I mean not ran that fast since I was in elementary school from Dogs while doing this job……… mannnnnnnnnnn my fiancé would be on the phone laughing cause all he would hear was the whooshing sound of the wind in my phone and he would already know what was going down… Them dogs is nothing to be played with and even though we was equipped with dog spray lol I was not thinking bout no spray I be trynna get up out of there so I pulled in a yard cause I was not finna walk and good thing I did cause bby I would have probably been a snack. I get out and I always leave my door open to the driver side just in case what I’m finna tell you happens lol so I walk to the porch and the door open they got a baby gate up so I’m thinking maybe they got babies because the last time I came there were no dogs. lol so by the time I get to the bottom step two dogs heads pop up and the couch is right there leveled to the top of the gate as soon as I seen the fur I was already bucking I done threw package I don’t even know where I threw it at lol 😂 boy I ran so fast I turned into shacarririchardson the trackstar, well that’s how I pictured myself lol man right when I jumped in my front seat like I didn’t step in like I jumped with my legs up in grabbing the door behind me the dogs were right there you ever felt like someone hands was on the back of ya neck or when Kevin hart explained the gorilla story and the baby ya lol end of story boy I can’t tell you how many times I ran from dogs it got to the point where I started using the packages to box the dogs out lol 😂
Fedex Ground is the worst company to work for ..they are third party company and they do not train their employees well.... Fedex Express don't do this

as a fedex employee, we have meetings on how to deliver packages. we were told to do something like this for fast delivery :)
