1. SMG3 and 4's gloves are part of their bodies, and cannot be taken off
2. Melony's Room is *really* sus if you look at how it's decorated
3. SMG1 and 2's idea of a teamwork exercise is playing Bread & Fred in "real life"

Seeing modern characters like Mr. Monitor and SMG1 & 2 get screen time again after being put on the back burner is lovely. I know the more story-centric direction SMG4's videos have taken in recent years isn't everyone's cup of tea, but many of the newer characters are hilarious in their own right, and it's great to see how they adjust to the new status quo. Keep up the great work, Luke!

I just realized when they finally worked together to do the obstacle course the song was WOFTI 2023s song
SMG3 and SMG4 came so far in their relationship first, mortal enemies, and now best friends who got each other's back.
I love how much SMG4 and 3's relationship is being developed. And it's great to see SMG1 and 2 in big roles again. Still, this whole episode could've been avoided if they just took off their gloves.

It was nice to see that that obstacle course was entirely Mario 64 textures and objects, like it was a Mario 64 romhack or something, and that scene also used the Mario 64 forms of SMG4 and SMG3 a fair bit. Made it have more of that classic SM64 Blooper vibe we don't see much anymore, even if the stage itself was still Gmod rather than an actual SM64 mod.

I was fearing that the old spirit of SMG4 life and humor was slowly dying off due to the new changes designs and everything, but this brought me back to those good ol' days!
The concept of two "rival-friends" being stuck together trying to live their own separate lives and failing to do so is a trope we don't see very often in media, let alone this channel!
And SMG1 & SMG2 returning was such a treat to see! After all the changes, they're still around helping maintain peace with the memes of this crazy silly world and teaching SMG3 & SMG4 as their duty of Supreme Meme Guardians!

It's about time we see smg1 and smg2. In fact it's a bit overdue but better late than ever.
Really good episode on the conflict between 3 and 4. Although it feels like the entire character development they had during "it's gotta be perfect" is thrown out the window. Why can't they just be friends who still argue a lot. The whole nemesis trope was funny, but it gets tiring when you guys retcon shit or seem to forget stuff you've already established. Fighting is okay between the 2! But the "we hate eachother" mentality isn't it anymore.
Nonetheless it's a good episode and I'm hoping we will see more of smg1 and 2 more frequently as well as mr monitor.
