Glad you liked it! A few things I noticed you may have missed:
-In the character creator, you can change the starting stat of your character to give different buffs out of the gate, like driver feedback or budget allocation, etc.
-There is a practice feature that's really involved before every race, you send your drivers out with a set of tires and they gain different levels of tire management for a particular set based on how long they stay out there. You also have to listen to driver feedback and tweak their cars for each driver.
-Sponsors! You can allocate different sponsors that each give their own payouts dependent on what goals you hit.
-The cars go super in depth, and so does the contract system. You can hire different drivers in a rather involved process including setting their wages, and then develop parts for each car; but if you put an upgrade on the number two drivers car, the number one driver may get angry that their teammates car is better, which hurts relations with the team.

Better than f1 manager
this game is great kinda like a rabbit hole you doubt yourself at first then as you play you end up becoming the baddy XD great game and mod scene is deeeeep AF now.
