I am connected to a known working satellite and I verified transponder frequency, symbol rate, diseq setting - and no luck. I am beginning to think I was sent a defective meter. Did you try changing the logo? It appears to be an option in the device’s menu.

I left the meter off until I got the serial port status message appeared and then turn the meter on....that initiates the download.
