The website crashed within MINUTES of it going for sale, and the lashes sold out first. I was "in line" for 12 hours. Worth it!

Weird I went onto the website first thing the next morning and they had everything in stock and that is the only way I was able to purchase it. It finally let me get on the website after hours of being in the waiting “room” and I put everything in my cart and it would NOT let me check out. I was so frustrated I literally closed out and went to bed but then the next morning at like 4 in the morning I got up for work and was able to check out and get everything 🤷🏼♀️. I guess when they start fulfilling my order I will see if I get everything I ordered.
The site actually crashed a few minutes before the launch went live.
I was on their website at 7am EST and it was down for maintenance. I was trying to buy something else all morning. I ended up spending 15 hours on the site 🥴

You are correct. But since then, Pur created a brand new website just for the RBK collection via Shopify. I preordered yesterday for the new release and had zero problems :)

I’m always amazed at how Kathleen puts foundation on and her skin is the EXACT color!!! I have so much redness that I cover up. It’s like putting a mask on and I look crazy while putting foundation on. She looks like she’s just putting a moisturizer on because she has no redness or flaws to cover up!

I'm always grateful when your nails aren't done. It helps me realize I can love makeup and nails even if I'm not always wearing it. I always feel guilty for buying makeup and polish when majority of the time it's just not doable for me
