I use to be a software developer but because of the “tutorial hell”and “running before walking” I switched to different career path. I thought it’s only me and my brain is slow and I am not meant for this and I gave up. Good thing you addressed it. Hope few future developers read this comment and don’t repeat the mistakes I did. Um Nishant, I am not sure but have you covered how exactly are you going on about learning swift? I am in the same boat, no backround in iOS dev yet I am doing it. So while i have been learning for sometime now, i feel there are certain holes in my learning..well because while learning swift isnt that big of a deal(considering that I also somewhat have a coding background), I am having some problem with the development background😅.

How to ensure that what ever I have learnt is retained. Also while doing projects after learning all the concepts is it fine to initially copy paste what's happening in tutorial and understand everything or project should be made from scratch. i feel demotivated when i fail to break down n make the project all by my self

bro, I need your help I also fall into a tutorial hell I enrolled in a platform course for frontend developers and from starting I never practice because I know the basics of c and c++ that thing made problems so what DSA there are teaching I know so I do not have to practice now it's 7 months I am getting a lot of problems for understanding and can not do even a small program also and the projects are taught for me like I am simply copying not learning and cannot understand the logic and what function has been used

this is the thing I've been doing for years. Taking courses, watchung playlists, copying and pasting the codes and developing things they are showing. But when I try to use the same techniques in my own projects I get stuck. And also I forget those techniques soon :'( badly need to get out of this loop.

How long will it take to master the things you have mentioned in the video? (If we start from 0)
2 years as i think and also it depends on capability of person
Depends upon many factors but I guess this timing is ok
- 2 months for basics
- 1 month for practicing simple problems
- 2 months for learning DSA
- 2 months for practicing DSA
by end of this time period you would have good grip on different concepts so now you can try to make some projects which can be good for your resume
