I run and was getting severe leg cramps at night, as in crying with pain. Stumbled across information about magnesium, I was very skeptical but tried it and it cured my cramps. I learned almost everyone is deficient. We always think sodium and potassium with cramps, but could be you need magnesium.
I have bad cramps also, I bought Theraworx for muscle cramps and it really works, comes in foam and roll on😀

Good magnesium is the key for any kind of foot or leg cramps. Make sure you get a quality one from the health food store. Also make sure you drink lots of water and at least once a day add a pinch of Celtic salt. This salt has the highest amount of minerals that your body needs.
Just do not get magnesium oxide. The body doesnt absorb it. Magnesium glycinate at bedtime will also help with sleep as well as cramps.
@@sandyduncan6167Yes, and potassium citrate is the most helpful for that sort of joint ache. I have that as well. Have to say it, it’s all a part of the challenges of getting older. Now when I travel, supplements get packed 1st, in my personal bag. They facilitate my good time.
Both great tips for foot & body cramps from dehydration. BTW, Magnesium L- threonate is also great for sleep & relaxing muscles.

It’s definitely hydration, but I can tell you from my experience, the absolute best thing to use is coconut water! Recommended to me by an Indian doctor, and he was so right. I used to have horrific craft calf cramps & now I make sure I hydrate and drink coconut water, so good. Try it! I use Harmless Harvest organic coconut water.

Hi Karen, I get the severe cramps in my inner thigh from dehydration and lack of minerals but mainly dehydration, I gave birth to my daughter completely natural with no pain relief and the pain from the thigh cramps is the worst pain I have every experienced in my life... way worse than child birth... I get it when u r describing it... Love your channel and your style and beauty is unmatched

Oh Karen I totally appreciate you foot cramp issues. It took me years to LEARN drink a bit of dill pickle brine. Sounds crazy but it works AMAZINGLY‼️‼️. Just try it …. Yes, magnesium is a good add.

I get severe foot cramps, too. I used to rely on prunes (about 6 would do it, but sometimes I needed to take more). Now, I've discovered Magnesium (Glycinate, chewables, NatureMade). Two chewables a day. And I *loved* that LA dress on you! You stood out from all the other women.

I can relate to the cramps.. Once I had cramps in both inner thighs at the same time...some of the worse pain ever and I also needed to use the bathroom which did not help.. It took nearly 1/2hr before I could even stand straight to try and walk... I see the comments regarding magnesium so will look into that for sure... Great outfits and that dress you wore to the gala was amazing... And very you.

I had the same thing but with leg cramps. I always drank a lot of water but my doc told me that you need to drink electrolytes for the water to absorb. I don’t eat sugar or anything with chemicals so it was a challenge. My doctor suggested LMNT Electrolytes and it has literally changed my life. No sugar or bad ingredients and they come in convenient single serving packets so you can take them anywhere plus they taste great. Now I never drink plain water. I have a subscription from their website so I never run out. Try it, you will never have a cramp again. Love your vids and your edgy style.
