“I just made sure he didn’t body me, Dat boys a monsta”
Can you explain what body means
...in other words, Taking shots at someone.
Not taking shots at someone at all actually. in this context, it means being outclassed w lyrics and flow on the same beat/song by one of his peers. Ems verse was slightly better overall, but he certainly didn’t body Wayne
In simple terms it means taking shots at someone or in this case murdering someone lmao. Dude Jesus. Thank you, I wasn't talking about the video. I was answering what "to body someone" ment. I love both these artists. Have a wonderful day.
@@SpookySauceDuo No, it has nothing to do with “taking shots at someone” when ur on the same team, the same track trying to make as much bank as u both can w the project y’all are working on together. It’s simply a slang term for someones art getting beat up from the feet up by another, possibly superior artist. For ex-I always thought Em bodied Jay in the original renegade back in early 2000’s. That parts just an opinion tho
"I make shure he didnt body me" 😆🙃
@@iatealready5544
He really didn’t though. To this day, I’d say Forever is one of their weakest verses ever. Each of them have better verses than these.
@@Nighhhts what?
@@GodsProphet23
Forever is a very mediocre track. None of their verses were impressive, and Em didn’t have a single stand-out punchline. If anything, Wayne had the best punchlines.

Most genuine rapper. It took me a while to come around to Wayne but I’m glad I did he is a true raw form of art.
He still got U Wayne 😂💯
Oh really? 🤡
You not a hip hop fan you a eminem fan😂
@@SAVAGE-ye9bsngl , this gotta be true .. I can’t say on either song that anybody bodied anybody. No love and drop the world , they both CARRIED

Lol
Quentin miller just said he ain’t get paid for ghost writing for drake too
Yuck ....grow the fuck up
😭😭
Am I allowed to laugh cause I really want to sorry Drake 🤣🤣🤣🤣!
They were exactly even. Both legends.
The Eminem and Lil Wayne songs pushed me through alot of work outs when my body was giving up. Great gym music!
Ever since *Renegade* dropped and the things Nas said about Jay getting bodied on his own shit, that set the precedent for Eminem features. Nobody wanted to get bodied like that when they collab’d w Em. 💀
Yet everyone, including Wayne has. Only person who has ever had songs with Em alone and wasn't destroyed was Royce.
@@damienmarks8997Em bodied Royce multiple times Like in Caterpiller. The only times he wasn't bodied was in the bad meets evil project because they wrote their verses together in the same room so it's easy to make sure you don't get bodied
@damienmarks8997I 'd say Royce is the only rapper to get on as many joints as he did with Em, and not get bodied on all of them. He held his own a fair amount of times, Nickel is so underrated
@@grump9283 not sure what the point of your comment was. I didn't say Em didn't have the better verse ever.
@Damien Marks I'm saying that royce was "destroyed" on his songs before and I brought up the caterpillar example which negates your statement.
They both went hard keep it at that

Tf are you talking? Wayne LITERALLY said he held his own and went toe to toe with Em... So he does not get outclassed on his own track.
You make it look like that Wayne is a pussy and hopes that he does not get bodied.
2 really different Storys my guy.
Quite the opposite.
He used it as motivation. Wayne has bodies the entire industry except for Andre 3000.

Another reason to love lil Wayne. So many these days have no idea what humble means
Wayne always humble, and honestly don’t think I’ve ever heard him talk bad about anybody
@@Gogetta80 do you think people hold that against him or is he well respected in the rap game?
I admire the respect he has for Eminem. He always speaks highly of him
Busta held his own and Royce always does, especially on the Bad Meets Evil album. Those are the only two I'd ever say that kept up.
busta never kept up with em lmaooo
@@teringlijer4202 yeah he did, on Calm Down. Busta held his own on that track
Royce has soo many songs with Em, and he got bodied the least in comparison to others. I rate his performances more than others that had only 1 or 2 songs with Em, easier to keep up with him that way.
@@JSamad yep same.

U getting over your head look at the video again
Lil Wayne is criminally underrated. One of the all time greats. But the "that boys a monster" even tells you how he feels about it.
Wayne is trash
I just love the respect within the real rappers game.
Honesty , admiration ,competition, sincerity and the most important one ,RESPECT!! Talking about monsters but he's another one
Wayne is the best feature hip hop artist in my book.
Personally I think it's a 3-way tie between Jadakiss, Lil Wayne and Eminem. Big Pun gets an honorable mention but he was only around for a few years. Whereas the other 3 have been around for at least 25 years
No Love is one of Eminem's best verses ever. It keeps building and is unrelenting. How did Wayne not get completely and utterly overshadowed on that track?
He did for some reason tho peoples minds get blown by basic ass bullshit I think the multisyllabic double entendres go over their head so they don't understand how em makes Wayne look like a complete moron literally and metaphorically
Wayne's intro was a perfect set-up to Em's verse. It wasn't a competition. It was balance and harmony in one song to create a masterpiece
