Good morning dear Kripal- Wow what a beautiful place - Just in the other moto Vlog we saw this fab Marwanthe beach - Seems like deja vu sans your bike outfit 😀 Now to immerse digitally into Nayak Fish Land 👍 Thanks for the kitchen tour and usual the Master of Ingredients dissection doing a perfect job 👍👌 Murdeshwar is a beautiful place - I had been there with my family when we were holidaying in Goa . Now comes a super fishy fare - Fish Thali + some delectable Prawn Rava Masala fry , Anjal Masala fry and the Tandoor Pomfret 😋😋 Thankfully the prawns was not gritty but fresh unfortunately losing a bit of its flavour in the thick batter . Nothing is more satiating than a piping hot rice with some Fish curry 😋🤤 The Tandoori Pomfret looks quite juicy 👌 It’s one of my favourite especially when it’s fresh 👍 The colour of the curry is drool-worthy 😋 What a fab combo to have the Fish curry rice with the fried fish crisps on the Thali . I feel a tad sorry for the Beetroot Palya ( looks like a 12th man in cricket ) . I am sure this place is worth a visit especially for the Fish Thali plus the Tandoor Pomfret 👍 Great way to finish the Kokum ( good digestive drink which we also have in a typical Konkan style meal ) - Thoroughly enjoyed this short but “Fishy” Vlog 😀 Wishing you a wonderful day ahead. Worst experience with this nayak fish land,I visited this place after seeing your video sir but service is too bad worst ambience and they served stock fish being beside of the sea and also rate is very high sir plz provide the accurate rating of the hotel Because we are your followers...
Based on his rating, I too had bad experience a couple of times.

Would you say the vinegar enchances or overpowers the natural taste of the fish ?
On most travel websites Nayaks is given a 4 out of 5 rating so when you said the food was good but doesnt blow your socks off , seems to be a spot on opinion. 😀
The vinegar helps balance heat with its sourness, when used in the right proportion, it complements flavours. However, when seafood is marinated for too long in a vinegar masala, its acids also tend to cook the fish, thereby altering its texture.

That's a good one Kripal. I guess you should explore other cuisines. The fish thali has been beaten too many times. I don't see anything new that the thali can offer anymore. You should move a little away from the Mangalore, Karwar kind of dishes. There is definitely more that you can offer. Your explanation as always is spot on!

We had found it difficult to find any good fish place in Murudeshwar when we'd been. Wish we knew of this place.
If you are particularly visiting for delicious fish this is not recommended.. yes only if you are travelling to places around..
