      @Ed Coke Apart from the fact that the British won the Battle of Britain, the Germans could never mount an invasion of the UK anyway, that would mean driving into the teeth of the Royal Navy.

      @@Bullet-Tooth-Tony- So in your world, without our support, supplies, men and firepower, the UK would have won the war... you didn't need us, so my Grandpa going to Europe + the thousands of Americans dead there, were not necessary... Really ?? The force needed to beat the Nazis by both the US and Russian, you could have not produce it in 50 years!! As for today, the UK has no chance against the Russian or Chinese, not even Europe without us!!

      @@TheFreshman321 All WWII generals used their troops as fodder, especially Hodges and Bradley, the so-called G.I. general.
      Patton and Monty might not have liked each other, but they were the best in the European theater for the Western allies.
