Candle holders looked lovely, and glad you gave the warning about not using them for lit candles. However, if you put tealights in them, there is a risk that someone else will light them.....

Mixing Dollar Tree spackle with PVA glue helps it spread evenly and smoothly. When dry it can be sanded and provides a durable surface
