Sir this Hosa Chiguru will never open their comment box (all their video comment box are off always) so we could say something that they do . they hardly take care of the farm . we have brought half acre land in their Samruddhi Farms they hardly take care of it . they never do weeding so trees never grow better but they charge 70k every year has maintenance and do nothing.

Very nice concept but what are the maintenance charges Rocky ji? They can do all this hard work by owning the farm themselves and keeping the profits in their pockets from the produce why should they be doing all this hard work once all the farm land is sold.
Moitra ji the Farmplot owned by the Cofarmer completely belongs to him and even the produce also. The customer can get his produce delivered to the city every week and since there is a variety of trees in their farm they get small quantities of a variety of produce. In the event the co farmer wants to maintain his own plot he can maintain it. Hosachiguru is only a service provider.
