CHOCOLATE MOCHI COOKIES

Mochi is one of my favorite treat. Here’s a recipe for CHOCOLATE MOCHI COOKIES. Cookie and mochi in one. Super yummy. Sweet cookie outside while chewy mochi in the middle. This is so good. Please continue watching 😊
Cookie ingredients
6 tbsp butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 cup all purpose flour
2 tbsp Cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup chocolate chips
Mochi ingredients
1/2 cup glutinous rice flour
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp sugar
135 ml milk
1 tbsp butter
Bake at preheated 350F for 12-15 mins.
