We visit Kolkata frequently every winter from New York. In fact we were there this past January. We enjoy the food and culture there immensely. As I was born in this great city I have
vishon taan. Just wondering if we could come next winter or not to enjoy the usual but your program is giving us much inspiration and hope. We miss the Bangali Vhoj. Hope for a better future.

Foodka has turned into more of an advertisement program of restaurants. I miss the earlier pure review based programming without biasness. Hope this changes for better. I really miss the originality what mir da used to deliver us during "bangalir bhuribhoj" which used to be aired on akash bangla some 10 years back..This is completely my opinion which i wanted to share..nothing else. Hope it will be taken in right spirit by the fans :)

But believe me in my inner side I just cannot resist myself from eating. It's like a love may be fascination to me to eat great food. When I usually see foodka videos I always become happy. Watching this video I also feel happy but at the same time I feel sorry too because it's not possible for me to go to that place now due to train issue. Thanks for showing us the preparations done by restaurants to serve their patrons. This is quite assuring for us that post lockdown measures are being taken as far as possible.
