My brother is pretty good at this game. He uses wesker, nemesis, and Vergil. He calls them the trench coat mafia. His nemesis is mad beastly.

MaztRPwn is he? Me and my brother never really got in to the major competitive scene. Just a few online matches. I never won because I suck, but my brother was awesome. I didn't know Vergil was cheap. The whole game seems broken to me. One hit and your character is dead if you know how to play right.
the entire point of the game is to be as cheap as possible. If anything that makes it count more.
and if you know how to play right your character won't get hit

Also a word of advice from one Dante player to another, (You probably might know this anyway) but you can mask your teleport by inputting a normal before that - so for example using heavy then down down special will get rid of the teabag animation and maybe even surprise your opponent.
