As a cali native 65 is a suggestion. You need to stay with the flow of traffic. If traffic is light you’ll be going 80 with everyone else. The people who get pulled over are the outliers like if everyone’s going about 80 and some dudes pull 90+. Those are the people who get pulled over

@@maxd3str0y3r I live in North Carolina and there are a lot of cops that will pull people over for going over 10 but they will leave us alone if we go over 5 actually but based off all the features in GTA 5 RP it is accurate towards how they handle real police situations but there are flaws with it like everything else not necessarily top notch but it’s close

@@thatonefishingguyfrom2017 install plugins 1 at a time and get use to your controls/keybinds, the reason to slowly install plugins one at a time rather than installing a bunch at one time is because sometimes some plugins don’t work well with each other and can cause your game to crash 👍
