Yeah and French links are conifer as they don't do the nutcracker motion in to the roof of the mouth. All my horses go better in a French link (except for my WB mare who needs a curb as she is sooo strong)

I had a hack more and than I swapped to a French link and my horse is much kinder and not as selfish on the bit
KawaiiUnicorn Marshmallow no that's not true that only happens if you are pulling on the bit or the type of bit ur using isn't right for your horses mouth, the bridle also comes in
Grace 246 the thing is that ppl pull the bridal which moves the bit and the bit touches the theth and it also but alot if presure on the tough
What size are your stirrups ?They don't sell them in my local tack store and I'm going to buy them online, but I don't know what size to get?

your bits aren't both french link's the the flat one is a french link but the second one is a losage(if that is how you spell it)so it will do put different presure in the mouth

+Shae Godd Don't worry! I'm sure you'll do great! :) My tip is to make sure you're super prepared. Make sure you even have extra stuff, and organize it. If you're super prepared, it'll be harder for anything to go wrong supplies wise. Good luck!
