- Hello everyone!! This week we began in-person classes at my college, so I decided to vlog in hopes that it will be at least slightly entertaining. It was a bit stressful between finding my classes and, of course, the pandemic, but otherwise it was good!!

You look like you belong in a Harry Potter movie or Anne of Green Gables or Jane Austen. You're so cute...love your style! The shoes are RAD!!! I agree with you on doing handwritten notes, highlighting, etc. I always retained more when I did that. I went back to college at 52 years old, graduated with highest honors...handwriting notes works!
Some day when COVID is under control, I hope you are able to stay up really late until the wee hours of the morning at Reg or Harper surrounded by your fellow students. That is the quintessential U of C experience.

@@MakaylaMacGregor Be patient, my young Padawan :). Most likely you would be able to do that when you are a second year. And in 20 to 30 years you would relate your special (pandemic) experience to a new generation of U of C kids just like what I am telling you now. BTW, old timers call U of Chicago U of C; the younger ones call it UChicago.
