Pork Meatballs | It's Always Freezer Season | EASY

  • I always like to have meatballs in my freezer for a quick meal on a night I have not planned for very well. Often these are store bought, but it's only a little more work to make a big batch and freeze homemade ones for future you!
    These are an interesting recipe, different than anything I'd ever made before. Ground pork, sure. But hot dogs and soppressata? I never would have considered including them.
    For this recipe, she suggests freezing them raw. But if you'd rather, you can bake them all up and freeze them cooked, then just throw them in sauce to warm them on the day you want to eat. That will make future you even happier!
