這樣廚技就是以前上世紀六七十年代香港街邊大排檔風格,不知道還有沒有人記得,那時大排檔廚房師父煮餸統統給人看到,正所謂:真功夫無花無假,色香味俱全,椒鹽肉排,椒鹽賴尿蝦,蝦醬炒通菜,茄汁炒蝦球,涼瓜炒班片,就算清炒菜芯都係正,其實有好多香港廚房佬走去台灣揾食,所以台灣飲食業加入香港人廣東廚藝功夫才變得大美食,片中大鑊炒飯,根本用香港以前每逢冬天晚上街邊木頭車生炒糯米飯的大鑊来炒飯而已,只不過時代不同了,不衛生政府就嚴控,但台灣寶島沒有這個不批准,就移到台灣去囉!香港政府把本来是香港本土的特色真是趕盡殺絕😔
