My skin was a bit dry, so I wanted to look into vitamin C. I started using riceberry vitamin C face serum of litlleexttra. This serum might be lightweight, not sticky, not greasy, and soaks in quickly. You can start using it in your daily day and nighttime skincare routine. I observed a viewable difference in my skin within any week. It made my skin silky, supple, nourished, and glowing. As it's not sticky or oily, you can use it in both summer and winter. The bottle is nice looking and provides a pump, making it not difficult to use. This serum is appropriate for sensitive skin too. I saw my dark spots fading after using it. I just use 1 or 2 drops and gently rub it in circular motions on my cleansed face and neck. I can sense that my face looks smoother and my skin is glowing.
I have heard that the riceberry vitamin c face serum is praised for its non-greasy formula that brightens skin and helps fade dark spots. According to my understanding, it features ethyl ascorbic acid for enhanced stability and performance, making it appropriate for all skin types. I have been told by many about the good changes in skin texture. Will try it soon.
Thanks for this video! Foxtale will be my next Vit C purchase; I so badly want a good L-ascorbic serum that is under 1000. There's another Indian brand, Urban Botanics that claims to have a 20% L-ascorbic serum with Niacinamide, Hyaluronic acid, Kojic Acid, Vitamin E and Green tea extract and it's Just priced at 450/- (30 ml). It seems like a stretch but I've used one bottle and it didn't react on my skin, also felt good to use, nice absorption and gave immediate glow. Not sure about long-term pigmentation fading benefits because I used it only for a month. I haven't found any credible reviews on it and would soo want you and other skin care experts to give it a try.

Hi Rubina i buy only your recommended products. I used foxtale vit c and their face wash. Was very happy. Recently i ordered again and realised they changed the packaging which is very cool but with vit c they changed the color and texture too now i am not sure.... please do aanother video on the new formulations are they better or worse
I just am a bit surprised that it wasn't a big deal that the packaging of this serum is eerily similar to drunk elephant while you trashed CAP left right and centre for having just a similar vibe even tho they didn't look like a direct rip off. I'd just suggest to avoid creating a halo effect during reviews if a particular product doesn't match your vibe. Dragging of an entire brand based on first impression and bad mouthing each and every aspect of it while neglecting the same mistakes made by other brands can come off as a bit disingenuous for some people. Just saying, or else no harm no foul. I do love watching your content but I'm just a bit torn on whether I should buy products that you suggest or just take it with a grain of salt.
I thought I did mention the DE alikeness...copying designs is more than ok with most...i dont like and I never will. I havent particularly taken down any brand, CAP or this, after I took down Minimalist for copy paste launch. The comment section was enlightening :) If you find the time do go through ....
@@RubinaSkincare for me both the videos had different vibes that felt like lack of consistency. I just think CAP deserves as much of a second chance as much as minimalist got to redeem itself over the past 2 years. It might take time but I personally have not had a negative experience with them (again not all products that worked for me will work for others), especially the customer service. They are prompt compared to many brands I've tried out there and do try and co-operate. My preference would personally be a brand that combines ceramides with actives rather than pure L-ascorbic acid serum without any data supporting it's effectiveness and stability. So maybe that has created a positive impact on me leading to a certain kind of bias. But to each their own.
Can u suggest a 5%-7% Vit C? Since detoxie is at 2% Vitc C

I m 41 years old I have dry skin and some open pores on my cheek.and some wrinkles around my mouth.I used minimalist multipeptide and retinoid.plz suggest me.which cream or serum I can use.. tretinoin and Retin A and any other.because u said in your videos after 38 serum doesn't work.so plz suggest me which one I use for wrinkles and open pores.

I have been using it... It does give a nice glow to the skin .. but it does sting a little bit on my dry skin.. earlier i have used minimalist vit c which was really good.. but then i had to stop it coz my use to get dry whenever I used vit c...i tried deconstruct but I felt it did give the the glow i was looking for.... May be i over used vit c from minimalist coz i really liked the glow...now foxtale has been good so far once I finish i will using indulgeo essential vit c which i already bought. I still vit c of minimalist n deconstruct. I feel i waste lot of money trying these things...
My lips used to get really dry after few weeks of using minimalist vit c but i have to admit i over did ... Coz i love the way it give the glow

I wonder why an otherwise a great product with promising ingredient list want to add fragrance to rule it out for those who prefer fragrance free. I don't think fragrance lovers will not buy a good product just because it's fragrance free. Fragrance doesn't have any purpose besides the sensorial effect. But if I am a fragrance person I'd rather apply a fragrance than look for it in skin care. Disc: I'm not allergic to fragrance but after using fragrance free products for a while now I'm unable to go back go fragranced products. eg I got the Reequil Murumuru conditioner and couldn't use it due to strong talcum powder fragrance. Switched to Detoxie and happy.
i know what you mean..i dislike most fragrances but i also LOVE fragrances. For me personally the first thing to do when i open a jar or bottle is to get my nose to work :) i have been both frag free and back to frag. for me as long as the brand is using ifra certified frags I am good though at the same time I have junked products cause I couldnt stand the frag- Chemist at play being one of them. Yet my purchasing decisions are not hinged on fragrances.
why do skincare brands add fragrances? cause folks like us form under 0.5 % or perhaps lesser! And in India everyone plays the volume game, which is silly but it is what it is. Hope this helps :)
@@RubinaSkincare well explained makes sense now. I dislike Ylang Ylang added in Chemists at Play in their Niacinamide body lotion though ingredients doesn’t mention it except in other two variants. Also True Frog shampoo fragrance is over the top for me. Detoxie has natural fragrance and suits me well

Don't know about that but as listed on their site the sunscreen is free from skin irritants and cacinogens, they don't test it on animals plus transparent ingredients list. Also small manufacturing to provide fresher made products and sustainable consumption.
