@@g.lingeshwaran4868 Resources were varied. Mentors, advisors, GMATClub, CZcams videos. The one big resource to use is your own thinking + reflection. That's super important and underrated. My GPA won't be helpful cause they take into account many factors when evaluating your academic potential (how rigorous the course is, where you studied, the overall trend of your grades, etc).

There's many things. Great GMAT score (the sooner you get done, the better). Leadership potential (show this through activities). Have a strong story (why the MBA makes sense for you).
1. Focus on improving your CGPA / GPA. 2. Do things that make you a leader. 3. Remember the important and not-so-important experiences. Note them down. 4. Build relationships with folks in b-schools and understand their journeys. The more data points you have, the better.

Instead of working in pharma industry, working in Goldma Sachs improve chances of adcom looks employer's brand ?
Job titles and employer's brand are useful metrics, but not sufficient ones. What matters more is the impact you have in your unique role. In fact, working in a different kind of industry, say pharma, can also make your story more unique.

Especially the network being primarily based in US. I was thinking of INSEAD/LBS but no idea how to compare them with the M7s, where do they stand? Any insights on this would be great. (Especially INSEAD I see you showed it on your video alongside HSW as well and it’s 1 year and has a campus in Singapore, it seems to perfectly align in cost and post mba geography but still want to ensure prestige) thanks.

Many reasons, most of which are quite subjective. Frankly, you can't go wrong with either. Both are incredible schools; they just have different approaches and you get two very different experiences.
