If you notice. The clothes have the same colours to the families. Pepa's family are in yellow tones, and Julieta's are in blue tones. Only Isabela is in a pink tone, which matches with Abuela's red tone. As she is seen as Abuela's chance to live the life Abuela was not able to, as she is the golden perfect child to Abuela. That's why at the end of the song, her clothes turn to the blue side, as she is breaking free of that.

Good thing that they let Isabella just stay being feminine and just express her feelings and her true self, vibrant and adventurous

Not that she has never seen a Cactus. She knows her power is being perfect and making flowers, but she had no idea that she could make a cactus

One testament to Maribel's courage is that everytime a relative starts singing, she HAS to know by now that violence is coming. The poor girl gets pushed, shoved, spun, and tossed around like a football just for these folks to express themselves. If Antonio started doing that I'd tackle him and run for my life. **Spoiler Warning**
I don't care if he's a toddler, he's got whole jaguars and anacondas. I'm not sure I could survive the bop.
