If I had to include a fourth verse to this tribute to the NYC, it'd go like this: "What's that, coming down the track? / It's the Empire State Express, / Decked in black and silver / And dressed to impress. / They were tall as iron giants / Cloaked in their steel shrouds / Like chariots from the future / Arriving on misty clouds."

Shame most of the famous pieces of the New York Central (& Hudson River)Railroad are gone forever. The(Dreyfuss)Hudsons are gone, the Niagaras are gone too, as well as many old NYC steam locomotives. At least 2 Mohawks survived.
