    Ingredients
    BUKO PANDAN JELLY
    1 pack (25g) Buko Pandan Gelatin Powder
    1/2 cup Sugar
    4 cups Water
    CREAM JELLY MIXTURE
    1 pack (25g) Unflavored White Gelatin Powder
    1/4 cup Sugar
    1 Big Can (370ml) Evaporated Milk
    1 Big Can (300ml) Condensed Milk
    3 1/2 cup Water
    2-3 Drops Buko Pandan Extract
    Procedure
    1. BUKO PANDAN JELLY CUBES. In a pot combine yellow gelatin powder and sugar. Mix. Add water. Mix. Turn on stove and stir over medium heat until it boils. Then pour mixture into a mould. Let it cool to set. Once it cools cut jelly into cubes. Arrange buko pandan jelly cubes into the mould.
    3. CREAM JELLY MIXTURE. In a pot combine white gelatin powder and sugar. Mix. Add water, evaporated milk, condensed milk and 2-3 drops of buko pandan extract. Mix well. Turn on stove and stir over medium heat until it boils. Pour mixture over buko pandan jelly cubes. Let it cool to set. Once cool you can unmold it into the mould. Chill before serving.
