Why is Andrew the only one named - there were lots of girls and I’m not taking away what happened but why Was he the name put out there - the only named at the time there had to be way more involved in this
He was named cos he's a Prince and the son of the Queen of England, Guiffre thought it'd be easy money. The photo is an actual fake and put together by Guiffre and Co.

I think PA was named because she had a rare photo that could prove it. If she had photos of her with everyone that had been pushed on her, I think she would have probably accuse them all as well. “The Photo”. Real or not, it proves squat. Two fully clothes people being photographed together means - two fully clothed people being photographed together. That’s it.
Famous and noteworthy people have their photo taken with members of the public all the time. Many famous people are very gracious when approached by unknown folks who ask “Can I get a picture?”, and they oblige.
And then decades later - stung.
It's not the picture itself. There's too much crime & filth associated with everyone around Andrew, and for a long time. Epstein was already a convicted felon for sex crimes, & Andrew stayed his friend, flew on the " Lolita express" & stayed on his island- full of underage girls. Anybody who thinks he was just naive & innocent is really, really stupid.

@@onesydneygirl I completely understand your argument about staying loyal to friends but Andrew is a member of the Royal Family; he can't have the luxury of not always seeing how his life will reflect on the family that funds his lifestyle. I also feel that Epstein was NOT a real friend of Andrews; they have absolutely nothing in common. Epstein however did provide Andrew with access to a rich and extravagent life which ironically is not how most of the royals live. It is THAT weakness for which Andrew is being punished. @@amandamorton-king2112 I agree I think he is still very much in love with Sarah they always seem so happy together and although now it may be just plutonic I think it says a lot about him that they also live together for long periods of time when she is not in the US. Their daughters are grown up now with families of their own so it is obvious that they enjoy each other’s company. She knows him best and if she had any doubts she would be out of there as it has took her so many years to rebuild her reputation. She would not risk another huge scandal like this.

If Hervey knows the person who "made" the photo up then this person needs to be brought forward - that seems necessary to me. I don't think Prince Andrew comes over well at all as a person based on all the reports about him that have come out over time but that doesn't mean he had dalliances with Virginia Giuffre & I can see that The Palace _would_ have blocked him appearing in court during the Platinum Jubilee.

I seriously do not understand how that photo, real or fake, is so significant for this case, it proves nothing. However, I understand that majority of the public has accepted this photo as a solid evidence against Andrew, which is sad and frustrating, that is not how justice is suppose to work and unfortunately, I think, even if Andrew gets to win a case against Giuffre, the public, those that already decided he is guilty, will still not forgive him, they will think he only won because of his family's influence or something like that, which is again sad and frustrating, if he truly is not guilty after all, and the most that will be hurt are his daughters and grand kids.

More like he’s been bribed with things previously owned by Princess Diana to SAY he doctored the photo. That was a pretty primitive explanation of how he doctored the photo. Sounded like he cut them out like paper dolls, laid them on the original and then took a photo. I do believe that would have been uncovered by Prince Andrews legal team BEFORE he paid Virginia Giuffre. That was the hot topic (whether the photo was fake or not) right before he settled. When he couldn’t prove it was fake, he was encouraged to settle before the queens jubilee. Prince Andrew negotiated to end legal proceedings against him. Dershowitz negotiated for full vindication and apology. Prince Andrew was playing checkers while Dershowitz was playing chess! THATS why Giuffre didn’t testify against Maxwell because the prosecutors knew the Dershowitz deal was in the works and didnt want a mistrial or grounds for appeal. Had nothing to do with Virginia not being credible. Now Prince Andrew wants to go back to the negotiation table. He’s sold the Swiss chalet, called in all his favors and he’s determined to get the same deal Dershowitz got. Problem is that part of that deal is that he cant sue Virginia and he’s limited as to what he can say about her. Virginia has a savvy negotiator for a lawyer. Prince Andrew can’t shut his mouth. For now he’s using Lady Victoria to get his side of the story out. That legal loop hole will be closed when the papers are signed. Randy Andy will be broke and speechless.

I guess that if one is at a party and drinking and dancing they might smile for a photo with a lady not realizing that they might later be offered the girl and that they would be partaking in a criminal act even if the girl appeared to be consenting. The "offering" from Epstein on the Island or at his other properties could have been subtle. i.e. there could be young women throwing themselves at the men vs. Epstein actually pulling the guy aside and saying, "I have an underaged, trafficked girl for you". Also, it is the case that if the photo is real all it proves is that he was photographed with her at some Epstein party and it does not prove that she was trafficked to him. Certainly, it is weird that he was so chummy with Epstein even after Epstein was convicted of inappropriate sexual contact with a minor (in Florida court). I don't think there is evidence against Andrew or there would be criminal court charges (unless he gets a free pass as a member of RF). Even if there are pictures/video of him and Virginia in the act, she was of age and it would have to be proved that she was trafficked to Andrew and also that Andrew knew that she was a s slave. Look, Andrew is sleazy but I still don't think people should be convicted/condemned and then sued based on he said she said. I do think in the age of sophisticated, digital photography and photoshopping, it would be very easy to put someone else's face into a photo. There should be a lot of young women who are now free of Epstein who could come forward but they don't. I have to assume they are still afraid for their lives because they would have to name important men from various countries and that would be very dangerous. It may be that Epstein had many killed so they could never rat on the important clients. Prince Andrew is sleazy as I said.

Prince Andrew is not just a Royal, he’s the father of two daughters. Any normal father of daughters wouldn’t spend a lot of time with someone who was flying teenage girls to his private island. I think that far too much significance is placed on a single photograph which looks innocent to me, whether fake or not. Giuffre is there of her own free will.

Regardless, you can not have sex with a 17 year old in America if you are an adult. You also cannot transport a minor person under the age of 18 across state boundaries for the purpose of sex. Thirdly, you cannot transport a minor, according to American law and not according to British law which is. Under 18, across international boundaries. The only reason Andrew was subject to this court case was because NY recently allowed victims to bring historic sex abuse claims even if they exceeded the statute of limitations (maximum time allowed to lodge case). Otherwise he would never have faced a trial in NY. Andrew and the Palace were certainly not predicting she would bring a historic sex claim. If that photo was fake, and his denials were true then he would never have settled or agreed to the kind of statement he made upon settlement. Not buying the Jubilee excuse either. Court case which would recover his reputation would have been held well after the Jubilee had come and gone. The Palace could have just made him keep a low profile during the Jubilee celebrations.

There are some odd things in that photo. The girl's left hand seems oddly placed resting on thin air and there is an s shaped lock of hair on her shoulder strap that appears too long to be her hair coming from the back. Also, the girl casts a strong shadow on the painted white window frame, but Andrew has no shadow on the painted white wall/door frame.
