An animated version of The Empty Pot by Demi. This animation was made for a interdisciplinary unit (art, music, classroom teachers) on China. It is now also being used in a fables & folklore unit in 2nd and 3rd grade.
What! Well, I hope you keeping showing off your creative and artistic talents. Not all teachers look for it so you need to sell yourself and they will appreciate it. I will really miss you too.
The voices of the characters are the the kids I watch after school. I wish I had all of the bloopers to add to the video. It was hilarious trying to get our voices to match the characters and remembering the lines correctly. I kept messing up when I did the fathers voice by saying "Your best is the best and the best is the best... wait what??"
+Lauren Berrios, Thank you so very much I teach and this has helped my 2nd Graders so much, I found the lesson on ReadWorks and it has helped! Thank you for publishing this auditory and picture story....

Dear Ms.Berrios,
The ones who helped you with the characters were your kids or nephews?:-) :-D

Thank you for the compliment. Our entire 3rd grade was learning this story in ELA, Art, and Music so I spent a week making this after school.
