In a case of alleged corruption, a first in India that a political leader that too a CM and deputy CM has been arrested for alleged corruption which do not allot tenders (with their signatures at all) and no bureaucrat or an officer- (high or low ranking) has been arrested who actually notify the policy and allot tenders especially in Delhi liquor case where the services remained with the BJP. It is also to be noted that LG appointed by Modi ji, who sanctioned and made amendments in the liquor policy, which were duly accepted by Delhi government, has neither been arrested nor issued any notices or included in inquiry in any manner. It's first time happening in India and against all the set principles of jurisprudence where the inquiry begins with the officers who notify the policy and allot tenders.

Not even once did she mention about Cartelization, which is the main accusation in Liquor policy. Moreover, summons were sent by ED and not by the court.

She is not aware about the laws even... section 45 of the pmla sets two conditions to be satisfied before granting bail and second condition is that court have to see whether an offence has been committed or not?? And the same question is of trial. Thats why it is most difficult to get bail. There is no quastion of evading the summon raised by any court till the date. Read judgement titled as Arvind kejriwal Vs. ED. And the truth is kejriwal is arrested just because of witness statements nothing more then that.
And main thing is the allegations of favoritism were leveled by an ex IAS officer after getting retired. Tell this mam when we talk about complaint filed by ed under section 44 is equivalent to chargesheet in normal case.

Whatever she said is right. But she didn't mention a few other things.
Such as, the Delhi chief secretary had raised concerns and discrepancies in the policy. After multiple flaggings to the government, he sent the report to Lt. Governor.
He had also mentioned in the report that taxation rates were altered AFTER giving out tenders, which is an unfair policy.
The vigilance secretary of Delhi government also raised red flags in excise department decisions.
After the complaint file was sent to Lt. Governor, the office of vigilance secretary was opened at night and searches were conducted without his knowledge.
The vigilance secretary was also transferred overnight without assigning any reasons.
Delhi government ministers refused to debate the issue in Delhi legislative assembly.
Then there was a sting operation in which two people close to Manish Sisodia were heard speaking about commissions given to AAP leaders.
After all these things, Lt. Governor demanded a probe.
The PMLA court allowed the case to be registered only after going through the documents, reports and preliminary notes.

Lady is wrong on many counts:
LG didn't initiate any allegations. The wrong doing i.e. loss to Delhi treasury was mentioned in a report submitted by the Delhi chief secretary to the LG, after which LG odered CBI to investigate the matter.
Further, it was alleged that the new liquor policy gave huge benefits to the liquor sellers at the cost of Delhi treasury and the liquor lobby paid bribes to AAP party for formulating such policy which gave them such huge benefits. It is alleged that AAP party used this bribe money in Goa and Punjab elections.
Whatever she said I could have presented that in a better way, and i am not a lawyer or law student.

In delhi its MASTER PLAN DELHI RULE that any liquor can only be open in 💯 percent commercial area of DDA but arvind kejriwal give licenses to liquor shops in colonies on mix land use roads which means there is residential area where some type of businesses essential for living can be operated at only ground floor due to which it also arises saftey issue for womens and childrens in delhi. ( who can take fake oath of his childrens will not take care of others childrens )
Amd most imp thing bribe is taken from those who obtain the licenses of liquor shop to run the goa and punjab election campaign.
His intention was never to increase taxes for gov but to gain funds for party in cash only
