Around when I started med school, I realized just how deeply ingrained into my head ASMR videos as a whole are. I'd been watching ASMR for over a decade (like, since before the community settled on a name!) by that point, but it never impacted anything besides bedtime. Our training in bedside manner started about a week into the first-term courses, and I loved it right off the bat. A central part of this are "simulated patients", actors trained in helping medical students master compassionate communication with patients. I'm one of those people with a booming laugh and lots of energy in general, but as soon as I walked into that first "appointment" I instinctively began using an ASMR voice, though at a conversational volume. It wasn't planned, but since then it's been universally well-received, so I'm sticking with it. I guess when I graduate I'm going to be a doctor who is basically emulating ASMR doctor roleplays. đ

@@OnionKween its fairly easy, just have to be mindful of your positioning in relation to the camera. And of course the timing whenever there is back and forth conversations.

I love this channel because not only is the editing and qualitt God-tier, but my favourite and specific triggers are pretty much all videos at the very least once
I like variation and multiple trigger techniques at once
Close up ear-to-ear inspection and interaction with most inaudible murmuring mixed with tongue clicks, mouth sounds, onomatopoeia etc
And then on top of that have face touching or waving at the same time
Switching up the stimuli at random is hard to specifically search for, so you just hope the video has an element that is short and varied at certain points

Try freezing your focal point on the back wall when you do split frame, see if you can also use a 'nonadaptive' white balance, and you should have both sides of the split frame stay as a continuous line.
Even if it doesn't look as clear, it'll maintain that illusion of one person being two.
I can rest easy knowing Dr. Claw has overseen and approved of the results of my procedure.
quick editing tip for this kind of video, if you have the camera on manual settings, it wonât keep adjusting the exposure and offsetting the background colour. If this doesnât work, you can keyframe the brightness levels of either take to keep them the same.

Would love to enjoy this video I love the aesthetic but for one I just canât do unintelligible whispers Iâve had videos that make me instantly burst into tears from layered unintelligible stuff so two ever so slightly different almost understandable but not quite whisper made my chest tight and me so tense. I think itâs just overwhelming for me and then especially when it sounds like it could be actual words in English or is some onomatopoeic that is too quiet to be made out puts my brain on high alert Just trying to decipher whatâs being said

I love unintelligible whispers, but I get that exact feeling with wet mouth sounds! If I'm falling asleep with a video still on and they're using that trigger, it actually wakes me back up! I really can't stand it đ funny how it can be so different for everyone!
@@tati4youtwilight i cant do mouth sounds either they give a really similar sensation, mostly wet mouth sounds but really just any. Im starting to think maybe what im feeling is like how i experience tingles and i just dont like it. I dont think ive ever had tingles so now im like, wow half of the things people say are tingley i have to like power through and try not to cry.
i get sad because theres a number of asmr creators like Amy i that i want to watch all of their videos to support them. One of my favourites has made like 4 specifically unintelligible whispers videos in the past 2 months and im like i appreciate you so much but i have to skip all these videos.
