Man, can't wait till Billy gets a little more comfortable in the S! If it's anything like Ticky, should be getting good my summers end! lol
Grizzly Greg hoping so!
Tell billy check out ORB fabrication. They make gnarly parts for Polaris
trey fitzwater stay tuned 😏
Like the new rides you both got now keep it going 👍
It was pretty awesome watching you guys in the rock quarry that day. I just finished my build and just learning the balance/limits with the new full cage, suspension, portals & big tires.
For sure man your rig looked awesome
Always good vids, thanks for taking the time to make and post!
Damn that was a hard hit , that gusset kit and lower a arms were definitely worth the money !!!!!
Absolutely! That was a rough one
Great video guys keep them coming.👍👍
Thanks!!
Great vid! The landing was scary but that's why they are "Can-Am" and not "Can't-Am"! Lol Keep them coming!
That hill jump landing was gnarly. Stock front suspension would've been trashed!
For sure lol I thought it was broke for sure
This was a badass vid! I look forward to your uploads guys, just awesome!!!
Thanks man!!
Great video. That was a hard hit for sure. Glad it held together.
Thanks man. Sure was!
I really enjoyed the video and looking forward to more!
👍👍
Good on you for adding the jump off the lip, that was pretty sick coming from that climb! A bit rough on the landing....
Would be interested if anything was compromised on that off camber hit? Did you guys check the wheel for a small tweak or the bead for a pinch, maybe even a loose ball joint?
That was pretty cool! Looking forward to the rig swap!
Yeah landing was rough lol. But no it didn’t hurt the rig in any way, at least that we can see now. Lol had it up on the lift sense then and everything seems and feels good!
To the right was the line
On what climb
@@BlownBudgetOffroad first one
Hell yeah brother 💪💯
🤘🤘
I'd love be to find a X3 Thea's partially burnt, but the suspension was still in great shape so I could put it on my old Rhino and then put my 1000 Commander motor and trans in it Talk about some strange looks I'd get !!! Or just put that suspension under the Commander 1000
HELL YEAH, BROTHERN!!
🤘🤘
Good stuff
Thanks man
New subscriber here, great videos. The Badlands is a fun place to ride and nice for me only living 20 minutes away
Thanks man. And jealous we’re about 3 hours from there, cool place for sure
Subscribed to the bone and sharing the love. You guys rock. Looking forward to your next video and cant get enough. Any opinion on a great tire for soft trail, black earthy wooded trails , mild mud & deep Snow ? Need to upgrade my sneakers on my 19 Wolverine x2 . These stock Maxxis tires suck and clog up any time its wet out.
Bill14886 carnivores are a great all around tire or bighorns!
Finally 3000rpm on the TraderHam
What brand tires are on the Polaris that got stuck everywhere?
robert coleman there the super ATV warrior xt stickys
What are the negatives to adding portals?
Creates too much leverage on the steering and I don’t want to raise the center of gravity up either. It’s geared down plenty low for me and I still want to be able to hill climb stuff well. Also don’t want to be 80-82” wide. Also, people are breaking the portal boxes and gears so just another thing to possibly break
What's the ground clearance on the X3?
15.75”, and the polaris is at 13”
I'm finding myself in "comfort" mode a lot. Wondering what mode you're in and in what situations?
tjspaddy it was my first ride ever with the machine so idk what is best but usually I'm in comfort or sport for climbs and firm for rock gardens
@@BlownBudgetOffroad Thanks for the response and looking forward to more videos. FYI - I threw an AA tune (3) and clutch kit in mine and it really woke up.
Guys another great video all your content is good and essential in my view who the f*** cares about the critics. Let's see there videos lol
Keep them coming I look forward to the notifications when new vids are posted 👍
Tyler
Don't you guys live up north what state do you live in? That sucks you have to drive all the way to Tennessee every time you want to ride
Southern wi. These last videos were from the badlands which is only 3 hours from us but we stay there for the weekend typically. Also have a park 2 hours from us but we do go to tennesse for a long weekend couple times a year
Are you going to put portals on the X3?
No not a chance
Why?
Creates too much leverage on the steering and I don’t want to raise the center of gravity up either. It’s geared down plenty low for me and I still want to be able to hill climb stuff well. Also don’t want to be 80-82” wide.
Why mess up a badass machine for that's probably why we dont see Josh no more lol
Need a new intro love it but think the turbo S needs to be in it now
Gonna work on that on the ride down to Moab!
You guys should make a video with the machines reving past 2500rpm... More fast pace riding
Did you watch the whole video? We don’t film much fast pace riding sense there’s not much to show. The go pro strapped on the side of the helmet thing doesn’t really entertain us so we don’t do it lol
Where is Josh?
At home with his newborn
Little bastard. Lol
Why? Lol
That's what Billy said to the thumbs down guy at the end of the video. Shit was hilarious...
What tire pressure are you running?
Canam had 9psi in front and 7 in the rear, I believe the turbo s was 7 all around but he might chime in and let you know for sure.
x3 sure seems to climb much better than S.
Frank K more power lower, center of gravity, and a great wheel base for climbing
Frank K but driver is the most important factor
Just depends on what it is my thoughts
Wheel base definitely helps but I was for Shure being a pussy trying to learn my machine to be confident in it feels like it's going to back flip even tho it probably wouldn't but I've rolled to many times to risk it with the stock cage lol Billy
I love your guys channel, but I would really like to see you guys wearing helmets of some sort! Shit happens! I need you guys to keep making videos!
Thanks man. That’s understandable, I actually carry a half helmet in my storage box, and put it on when I’m gonna hit something that I think is stupid. But I do get that anything can happen at any point. Josh wears a helmet on a lot of stuff, but yeah we’re not the best in this sense for sure. Personally I came from motocross racing so I feel 💯 safer doing what I do now then hitting 120’ doubles at 60 mph on a dirt bike and getting hurt all the time so that probably plays into my choice. But I get what your saying! Just my 2 cents! -Justin
Blown Budget Offroad I do stupid stuff and my gear has protected me, the older we get the slower we heal!😬. Love watching the climbs and technical stuff!
Why don't you climb something challenging my wife literally climbs harder stuff.
Where's the video at I'd like to see that? 😂
