I was a screen printer in London many years ago, we had only been using halftone screens for a few years, my favourite bit was washing the stencils down, I used to enjoy cutting stencils as well. Nice video I wish you luck.

did you know that if you perform a cmyk and use the same angle as like 22.5 for all four colors .. it would still work? yes .. I tried it and it worked. only those who know much about halftones and cmyk will notice the difference in quality .. otherwise .. it works just fine.

Honestly for my CMYK separations. I don’t use the rip Software , I use Corel draw setting.

Hey bro what changed when you did the other two frames ? Im guessing the amount of time you washed off the emulsion/ making sure all of the emulsion came off of the frame? Or did you change your exposure time bro to make sure all the halftones appear? Halftones most def require alot of trial and error, but the awesome thing is that all that trial and error is necessary to learn the basics / become a better screen printer. You learn alot more from your mistakes 100%
I did two things lower my time when exposing from 1min to 45sec. I also when up in mesh from a 230-280.

If I was the designer I would have separated it with a grey base in mind which would have made the image pop more, but it still looked good.

Yes for black T-shirt you do ..
rip software isn't necessary if you know how to use your graphic software, a rip only makes things somewhat easier.
