Sucuk is basically a dried spicy sausage. It's taste is extremely rich so that's probably why they did not use a lot in the pide. ( Try Sucuk alone just by frying it about 30-50 seconds. )

Agreed, Turkish food is Amazing! I have been to a few Lebanese places here in London and its great food too, Though it was quite different to Turkish? We have tons of Turkish places all over London, They usually specialise in platters. Have not come across that thigh dish on the menus, But I will definitely be on the lookout now!

Quang you should eat REAL AUTHENTIC TURKISH FOOD, this is more like meat and fries and bread...you should look for SARMA!!! Green leaves of grapes filled with meat and rice!!! Or the dish TÜRLÜ! :)))

Excited to see you try Lebanese food! Sujuk is actually a sausage. Be careful to check your BO from time to time lol it can leave a pleasant smell after a half/full day.
Btw, I recommend you try tabouleh, lamb/beef kebob, kibbeh neyeh, and beef/chicken shawarma! lol Homemade or from the same place. You'd be satisfied.
The main seasonings for the meats are lemon mint parsley chives sumac cumin chilli black pepper thyme tomato paste garlic xxxxxxx my dad is Turkish the food is so simple homely a lot of love and delicious 😋

I'm lebanese and all I can say is that food looked so damn good!! There is a dish called Kibeh Nayeh which is raw meat with herbs, burgul and spices which is eaten with lebanese bread and condiments, would love if you tried it!
