Hozier’s really good at conveying emotion especially emotions when they’re conflicting and hard to express. At least to me, This cover seems less depressing and more “I love you so much, it hurts me”. * that person will find someone else
* you look like a wishy washy coward
* you only stay as their friend because of the chance you may be able to get in their pants?? gross
