Absolutely stellar! I second all Laura said. I couldn't stop saying: "yes, that's right girl", "You have that right". Thank you for sharing Dr. Group.
So I've believed for a very long time that happiness is synonymous with contentment. I've tried to convey that to my child regarding vocational choices. Hopefully it will resonate sooner rather than later.
It's always fascinating to me how people with money, good SES and who are typically thin are happiness gurus.
So.. perhaps they do not have a food addiction, which is a big one, yes? And about having $$...well I believe while it does NOT buy love...it sure "buys happiness". Im AWFULLY HAPPY when I can pay my bills, fix my car, add to my home decor, wardrobe or
entertainment & travel experiences! Im happy if I win some, am given or earned some. It allows for a broadening of horizons
