At 5th gear your RPM with respect to speed is very low. That's why you are hearing that harshness sound from engine. It must be going away at 2000 RPM in 5th gear. You can observe it again

Your initial rpm is showing slightly less than 1000, but it should be 0..i mentioned this is some other video as well
