South Korea welcomed giant panda twins, the first to be born in the country on July 7, 2023, at the Everland amusement park near the capital Seoul. The mother had also given birth to South Korea’s first panda in 2020. Beijing has been sending pandas abroad since the 1950s as a sign of goodwill and to foster diplomatic relations.

There are no Chinese or Korean pandas. The giant panda is endemic to China. An animal species that appeared and lived only in China. But pandas do not know geography and have no nationality. At some point, giant pandas almost died out and now exist only thanks to the Chinese. Under the terms of the contract, this panda belongs to China and all of its offspring also belong to China.

@@123321psKorea and Japan have much worse relations with China than India does. Korea and Japan don’t deserve pandas either, but they pay a hefty fee to China for panda loans. Demand for pandas is just lower in India. Japan and Korea are obsessed with kawaii and fluffy things, so demand for pandas is extremely high.

Yes most people seem completely oblivious to the fact this poor animal is imprisoned in this small enclosure with no bedding just a hard and uncomfortable tiled floor, seems to me most people have lost their humanity.
