Cheryl is too scary (and rich) for Mallory to directly target, Pam's self confidence and gross demeanor make her more resistant than most to Mallory's insults (plus she's had sex with Mallory and beaten her up on different occasions, not to mention still called her a bitch even after learning about her cancer). I think Ray and Gillette are the only ones that can't handle her consistently or at all.

The show intentionally keeps the time period messed up. They have the internet, but 80's computers. They can go to space, and Krieger's lab has tech that doesn't even exist in the real world (yet), but they don't have smartphones. The Soviet Union exists, but so do modern movies made after the fall of the Soviets.
So Mallory was completely right, cause for *diabetic* it would be shitiest gift ever! To add (Mr.Archer) decides that he wants to cut down on his alcohol drinking, and to add he has a sudden realization that he must start keeping his distance from his mother, and also to add must try to help his mother find some new guy for her to date. Plus to add while (Mr.Archer) was in his coma, all 5 or 6 of the bullets that were once in him were removed from his body, and to add his liver was removed & then replaced with a new one, and also to add his ex-girlfriend who is that mother of his daughter has made a few new friends. Now to add as well, the mad scientist (Dr.Creguar) has gone back to trying to start up his own side business, and he has gotten help from some very interesting people, and also to add these very interesting people’s were willing to help him out with a few of his very important science projects.
